Bus Jam is a color-matching puzzle that focuses entirely on route management instead of just fitting shapes into a grid. The distinct mechanic here involves stopping at specific stations to load passengers, forcing you to plan the bus's path rather than just matching colors on a static board. Every decision changes the traffic flow, so you have to think ahead about which bus moves first to avoid a total gridlock.

You tap on a bus of a certain color to pick up passengers of the same color, and that bus will drive forward to the next stop. The core loop requires you to constantly assess the lineup, deciding which bus to move next so that it doesn't block the vehicles behind it. Since the buses move automatically once tapped, you cannot steer them manually or correct their path mid-drive. Your only job is to choose the starting order, clearing passengers until the road is empty.
